Dental Care Coordinator
You are the first human a patient talks to. You call every new lead within a minute, screen them on credit and intent, and book the consult. The patients are nervous and high-value, so you stay calm, warm, and quick. A phone, sales, or front-desk background helps. The job is simple to describe and hard to do well: catch the lead, build trust, get them booked.
Operations Supervisor
You run the floor. You own the 1-minute response SLA, coach the coordinators, watch the dashboards live, and fix leaks before they cost a client a case. When a response time slips or a follow-up sequence breaks, you catch it first. A background leading a call center, a sales floor, or a service team is what we are looking for.
Customer Success Manager
You own the relationship with the practice once onboarding is done. You keep the dentist informed, run the monthly numbers review, and make sure the practice is converting the patients we send. When something is off, the dentist hears it from you before they have to ask. Account management or client success experience, ideally in dental or medical, is a strong fit.
Social Media Manager
You build the organic presence and the ad creative that brings full-arch patients in. You understand short-form video, you can shoot and edit, and you get what moves a patient who is weighing a life-changing case. You think in hooks and proof, not hype. If you can turn a real story into a scroll-stopping ad, this is your seat.
